1.When registering with E.M.C.S.G. you are required to give a small amount of information, much of which is optional, anything you do give must be considered as becoming public information
2.Each user is entitled to only ONE user account on this forum. This is to ensure each member's name remains credible within the forum. Registering additional accounts will result in suspension to your main account and a ban on your second, if for any reason a second account from the same IP address is opened a post to ALL admin staff must be made explaining why. A new account can be opened by an existing Forum member only if the previous account is first closed voluntarily, and has not been closed by a Moderator/Admin
3.You agree not to use this forum to post or PM any material which is vulgar, defamatory, racist, sexist homophobic, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy,cause offense or distress or violates any laws.Any derogatory Posts or Pm's made by a Forum member about another Forum member/s will be brought to the attention of the Forum members concerned.
4. NO OBSCENE LANGUAGE.
5. Please refrain from using any vulgar language that would offend someone else. Inappropriate words will be edited. This also applies to User Names. Accounts with inappropriate user names may be deleted
6.The Moderator/Admin team's duty is to ensure the smooth going of the forum they are in charge in and to prevent any conflicts between members from starting. Moderators have at their discretion a right to moderate any thread that are found to be inappropriate or in violation with board or forum rules. The moderating team will act based on board policy and guidelines.
7.Considering the real-time nature of this forum, it is impossible for us to review every message or confirm the validity of any information posted. Please remember that we at E.M.C.S.G. are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the view of the author of the message, not necessarily the view of E.M.C.S,G, or any entity associated with E.M.C.S.G. nor the Staff of E.M.C.S.G. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately using the PM system. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
8. E.M.C.S.G. Committee's Decision in any disputes will be final, The Committee reserves the right to appoint or remove-Admin, Moderators, Staff Members and Members at any time. if deemed by Committee to be unsuitable. Any person who deemed to be by the Moderators or Admin constantly posting in an Inflammatory/Offensive way with no constructive content, Will be banned from the forum for a period off One Month any recurrence will incur a permanent BAN
9.NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
